More about Tommy
The only thing I love more than photography is my family.
I am blessed to be married to my best friend, biggest supporter and number one fan Gem – with whom I share my gorgeous children. My daughter Maddison-Rose used to be on my social media platforms – but now she is busy taking selfies and pouting her lips! Camera shy Logan is now driving and working, so you can imagine he’s living life in the fast lane, nothing makes me prouder to see him on the right path to adulthood and Teddy – my sidekick, used to hate having his photo taken but seems to have found a pose he likes and asks for photos at any opportunity. We have a shared interest in fishing, so our father and son time is down at the local lake. That’s my team!
We are lucky to live in a beautiful part of Warwickshire, West Midlands and are surrounded by the beautiful counties of Leicestershire, Staffordshire and Worcestershire which we love to explore as a family whenever we have time together.
Our favourite place is St Ives in Cornwall. Every year we return and make the best memories together – the beaches are truly amazing! Understanding the importance of making memories with my family is why I believe in the importance of marking those special moments on your big day!

A few more things about me:
- I would eat pizza every day if my wife let me!
- Being ginger, I’m not a fan of the sun!
- I drink way too much tea
- I LOVE going out for meals, my favourite food is Italian
- I like to watch the most random YouTube videos
- If I set a goal in life, I must achieve it no matter how long it takes
- I love a to-do list
- I don’t like coffee
- My favourite place in Warwickshire is Nuneaton - it’s my home!
- I once travelled to Kenya to take wildlife photos
- I have a fear of people touching me with dirty hands
- I can’t stand football… or slugs
- I love making my children laugh and will act like a total weirdo just to make them smile
- I find sand irritating as it gets EVERYWHERE!
- Taken photos on every occasion from corporate celebrations to major sports events
- I love my job

And most of that was within the first few years. I have solely concentrated on weddings now for over seven years and I get a great buzz out of working for people and handing them all the memories I captured.
I enjoy exploring new venues, capturing the details of the buildings, and using the scenery to set the background to your memories. I’m in the perfect location to explore The West Midlands, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, and Warwickshire.
So, maybe I should tell you how I got into photography
I left school with pretty poor grades and, although I had a few long term jobs, I just couldn’t find my path, and so I joined the Army. During my time in the army serving with 2RRF In Germany, I was given the opportunity to become the battalion photographer and, as I’ve always had a love for taking photos, I thought what a perfect chance at doing something I’ve always loved. That’s where it began…
During my career I have:
- Photographed a Royal visit from The Duke of Kent
- Travelled to Kenya and took images of wildlife
- Enjoyed photographing many family portraits
- Captured the sentiment of many baptisms
- Took images of football, boxing, and other sporting events
- Visited military bases and covered their Mess Dos
- Done many corporate events
- Worked for some small businesses taking images of their products
- Newborn photoshoots
- Store/salon openings
- Engagements shoots
- Captured the fun at family functions
- MOST importantly captured 100s of weddings
Some of my most loved Midlands wedding venues are:
I hope you’ve enjoyed getting to know me. I’d love to hear from you and chat about your wedding day.
