More about Tommy

The only thing I love more than photography is my family.

I am blessed to be married to my best friend, biggest supporter and number one fan Gem – with whom I share my gorgeous children. My daughter Maddison-Rose used to be on my social media platforms – but now she is busy taking selfies and pouting her lips!  Camera shy Logan is now driving and working, so you can imagine he’s living life in the fast lane, nothing makes me prouder to see him on the right path to adulthood and Teddy – my sidekick, used to hate having his photo taken but seems to have found a pose he likes and asks for photos at any opportunity. We have a shared interest in fishing, so our father and son time is down at the local lake. That’s my team!

We are lucky to live in a beautiful part of Warwickshire, West Midlands and are surrounded by the beautiful counties of Leicestershire, Staffordshire and Worcestershire which we love to explore as a family whenever we have time together.

Our favourite place is St Ives in Cornwall. Every year we return and make the best memories together – the beaches are truly amazing! Understanding the importance of making memories with my family is why I believe in the importance of marking those special moments on your big day!

And most of that was within the first few years. I have solely concentrated on weddings now for over seven years and I get a great buzz out of working for people and handing them all the memories I captured.

I enjoy exploring new venues, capturing the details of the buildings, and using the scenery to set the background to your memories. I’m in the perfect location to explore The West Midlands, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, and Warwickshire.

So, maybe I should tell you how I got into photography

I left school with pretty poor grades and, although I had a few long term jobs, I just couldn’t find my path, and so I joined the Army. During my time in the army serving with 2RRF In Germany, I was given the opportunity to become the battalion photographer and, as I’ve always had a love for taking photos, I thought what a perfect chance at doing something I’ve always loved. That’s where it began…

During my career I have:

Some of my most loved Midlands wedding venues are:

I hope you’ve enjoyed getting to know me. I’d love to hear from you and chat about your wedding day.
