Elle and Callum’s big, beautiful day was set within the remarkable grounds of the Edwardian Country House, Ashton Lodge, tucked away on the Warwickshire / Leicestershire border. This impressive venue, surrounded with lush lawns, characterful trees and lavender lined paths – provides a stylish and serene setting for an intimate and special day.

It was obvious from the beginning, that their day was going to be filled with warmth, meaning, and thoughtful details that made the celebration unmistakably theirs. The venue was decorated throughout with beautiful natural tones and hues. This attention to detail and beauty was enhanced all the more as the ceremony took place in the magnificent garden room. The venue wasn’t just decorated to reflect the beauty of nature, but also of the happy couple.

The ceremony itself was deeply moving, focussing on the connections and meaning of family. A particularly emotional moment came as Elle was given away by her mum. The ceremony was richly enhanced by shared smiles and quiet emotions – a true reflection of a lifetime of love, support, and pride. When Elle stood beside Callum, his expression said everything: admiration, joy, and a profound sense of gratitude for the moment unfolding. Their vows were heartfelt and sincere, delivered with calm confidence and genuine affection. Guests listened intently, fully present, as the couple committed themselves to a shared future. When they were pronounced married, the applause was warm and enthusiastic, filling the room with celebration.

The impressive marquee was the perfect setting for the reception. With its floor to ceiling windows complemented with natural tones and abundant flowers, it set the scene for the celebration to come. The speeches are always a highlight of the day’s events. This was especially true today as Elle’s mum gave a beautiful and moving speech. The poignancy and importance of each speech was equally celebrated with many smiles, shared happy memories and laughter delivered with the Best Man’s speech!

The evening’s events were only just getting underway as guests reflected on the joy of the day gone and the party that was still to come! Lights began to twinkle in the marquee as the sun began to set and the DJ started to play the tunes that seduced guests to the dancefloor. The lights sparkled, the guests brought their A game, the music charmed all, but above everything else, the love in the room was unmistakable. Ending the day surrounded by friends and family, ensured that this joyous occasion was a perfect and fitting reflection of a truly beautiful couple.
